Registration & PaymentEvent and Retreat Registration: You must complete the registration form and pay the required deposit or full amount to secure your spot.Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as Square, Stripe, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo or Zelle.Refund Policy: Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event-specific terms. However, we may allow credit transfers to future events at our discretion.Cancellations: If you cancel, no refunds will be provided unless stated otherwise in the event details. If we cancel an event, we will offer a full refund or credit toward a future event.---4. Code of ConductWe are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space. By participating in our events and using our services, you agree to:Respect others and maintain a positive, supportive environmentRefrain from discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviorFollow all safety guidelines and instructor/facilitator directionsRespect property, equipment, and retreat spacesFailure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from an event or a ban from future participation without a refund.---5. Liability & Assumption of RiskWellness and Retreat ActivitiesBy participating in physical activities, yoga, or healing sessions, you acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks.You understand that you are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and health before engaging in any activity.Beats & Balance LLC and its instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health-related issues arising from participation.Travel and AccommodationsFor retreats, you are responsible for arranging travel and securing travel insurance if necessary.Beats & Balance LLC is not responsible for lost items, injuries, or unexpected travel disruptions.Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Beats & Balance LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
